Join other nonprofit leaders for an honest, unfiltered conversation about the realities of leading in today’s climate. This isn’t a training or workshop. It’s a safe space to vent, rant, laugh, (maybe cry) and connect with peers who truly understand what you’re going through.

We’ll talk about what’s been keeping you up at night—declining donations, rising costs, burnout, and the ever-changing landscape of funding our nonprofit work. Together, we’ll name the frustrations and challenges we often keep bottled up, and find solidarity in knowing we’re not alone in facing them.

We will also consider the new path forward and how partnerships and collaboration can support us as leaders. With challenge comes the opportunity to learn and reflect together as a community.
